tsuncuryWarnings: Touching Cinnabar can be deadly due to his composition being full of mercury, do so at your own risk. Also, he wouldn't appreciate it. Absolutely not. Please he's lonely.
Pronouns: The Gems of Houseki no Kuni aren't bound by gender and are sexless, but seeing as Cinnabar and a handful of others (Phos, for example) use male pronouns--I'll be using male pronouns, though I will definitely note quite a few sources also utilize female pronouns for them. Will probably be partner/situation dependent, and for verses outside of HnK: Cinnabar identifies as genderfluid.
Ship Prefs: Given the nature of the gems in Houseki no Kuni, I'll be airing strongly on the side of platonic. Romantic conventions aren't entirely a thing that is practiced amongst their kind, save for some of the teasing notes of it from Diamond as well as Cairngorm's entire situation. If anything outright happens, it will be by the time is everyone on the moon. Ship preferences as a whole though it will be incredibly slow burn: CinnaBort, and CinnaPhos but only pre Lapis era Phos given how their behavior changes greatly and in a way that causes Cinnabar to start shutting them out.
Injury/Death: Death and permanent injuries don't come easily to those of HnK, and he will honestly invite death. I'm not against writing scenes concerning either, but they'll need some plotting.
